Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Drink (produces 850ml, to serve 10)

200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish

Instructions
To prepare the Cordial: Combine the listed items inside a pan, bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the heat and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, seal and store chilled, it will last for up to four weeks.
To make Cocktail Base: Combine all the spirits and syrup into one big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your cocktail shaker containing ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
